PAIN is created via the curator charged with exhibiting the video work Trinity Cantos: Earth, Blood, Fire the morning of the opening. It is presented through the duration of the exhibition under sealed glass case. Because the work is created with raw natural materials the sculpture slowly breaks down in time revealing its fragile history through mold, decay and the beauty of colour shift.
At the conclusion of the exhibition the curator who fabricated the work is charged with burying the work in a secret location of their choosing with no documentation.
